ACCESS Health worked with Swedish design students to develop tools and activities that create conversations around empathy and the healthcare system. The project shared knowledge with those interested or involved in the care of the elderly. The project helped homecare providers think outside traditional medical approaches to understand how to meet the social and emotional needs of their clients. The process developed by ACCESS Health Sweden will be used by one of our project partners in their recruitment process and in team building exercises.
Experience Design for the Elderly was funded by the University College of Arts, Crafts and Design.
Our partners for this project were Akta Assistans and the University College of Arts, Crafts and Design.
