Accepting Request for Information for Primary Healthcare Network Pilot Program in Uttar Pradesh

ACCESS Health International is pleased to announce that it will be working with the Government of Uttar Pradesh to launch a Primary Healthcare Network Pilot program. The Government of Uttar Pradesh has appointed the State Innovations in Family Planning Support Agency to serve as the nodal agency for this project. The State Innovations in Family Planning Support Agency is now embarking on a formal selection process to identify a lead private implementation partner.

The goal of the Primary Healthcare Network Program is to increase the coverage and use of primary healthcare services, reduce out of pocket expenditure, strengthen quality of care, and improve health outcomes. The Program will engage a private partner, as an individual organization or a consortium, to ensure the delivery of comprehensive primary healthcare services in select blocks of the state. The program will use existing public health facilities as the delivery points supplemented with community level outreach.

To initiate the selection process for the implementing partner, the State Innovations in Family Planning Support Agency has posted a Request for Information to solicit data about the services and capability of interested organizations. Please find the Request for Information and submission details here. ACCESS Health International encourages you to complete the Request for Information. The closing date for submission is July 21st.
