The Joint Learning Network for Universal Health Coverage brings together low and middle income countries in Africa and Asia to share experiences, challenges, and insights drawn from their efforts to achieve universal health coverage. This report shares the accomplishments, experiences, and lessons from activities supported by The Joint Learning Fund in years 2011-2014.

This publication, produced in the fifth year of The Joint Learning Network, address information systems, provider payments, and quality improvement, among other topics. ACCESS Health served as a secretariat of this program that year, together with the Results for Development Institute. ACCESS Health also managed the Joint Learning Fund to facilitate practitioner to practitioner learning and exchange, and this document explores how the Joint Learning Fund can be used effectively by the Joint Learning Network, going forward.
