This is the fifth part of a case study series on Care Company TioHundra and Swedish integrated elder care. This installment of the case study is an interview with Ulrika Karlsson, the department manager for elder care and homecare at TioHundra. Ms. Karlsson describes the challenges related to organizational change at TioHundra. The interview also addresses the reimbursement models in homecare, care transitions between hospital and the home, reducing readmissions, and other efforts to improve the quality of care provided.
