JOB SUMMARY
The mid-level Management Consultant is a dynamic professional instrumental in navigating the complex healthcare landscape, identifying emerging opportunities, and contributing to the organization’s mission of improving healthcare access and quality.
This role involves conducting in-depth healthcare market research, developing engaging content for branding, writing compelling proposals, and forging strategic partnerships and project management for diverse healthcare projects/programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, a knack for strategic thinking, and a commitment to healthcare innovation.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
A healthcare consulting firm offering healthcare services through a technology platform connecting consumers, hospitals, and non-hospitals for a comprehensive services portfolio by bringing in access and affordability in India and other regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Healthcare and Life Sciences Consulting:
- Lead healthcare consulting projects focusing on strategy, market research, and policy analysis in the healthcare and life sciences sector.
- Provide expert guidance on healthcare delivery systems, digital health innovations, and emerging healthcare technologies.
- Advanced Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand healthcare trends, policy implications, and consumer behavior.
- Utilize advanced research methodologies to deliver comprehensive insights for client projects.
- Strategic Proposal Writing and Project Execution:
- Lead the development of proposals, ensuring they are strategically aligned, persuasive, and tailored to client needs.
- Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Client Management and Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
- Project Implementation in Private Healthcare Setups:
- Implement and manage healthcare projects in private sector settings, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Navigate complex healthcare environments to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Experience in Diverse Healthcare Contexts:
- Leverage experience in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and digital health platforms.
- Adapt strategies and approaches to fit different healthcare contexts and client needs.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Academic Specialisation: Master’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences.

- Service line Analysis: In addition to general market research, there may be a focus on specific healthcare services offered by the hospital to understand the demand for those services
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, policies, and trends.
