The mid-level Management Consultant is a dynamic professional instrumental in navigating the complex healthcare landscape, identifying emerging opportunities, and contributing to the organization’s mission of improving healthcare access and quality.

This role involves conducting in-depth healthcare market research, developing engaging content for branding, writing compelling proposals, and forging strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, a knack for strategic thinking, and a commitment to healthcare innovation.


A healthcare consulting firm offering healthcare services through a technology platform connecting consumers, hospitals and non-hospitals for a comprehensive services portfolio by bringing in access and affordability in India and other regions.


  1. Comprehensive Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to grasp the intricacies of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and emerging trends. Utilize various analytical tools to dissect data and draw actionable conclusions.
  2. Competitor Evaluation: Undertake a systematic analysis of competitors, assessing their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Translate findings into strategic recommendations to enhance the competitive positioning of the business.
  3. Digital and Social Media Savvy: Stay abreast of the ever-evolving digital landscape. Leverage social media platforms and digital marketing insights to understand consumer sentiment, preferences, and engagement patterns.
  4. Research Methodologies: Employ a diverse range of research methodologies to extract relevant data. This includes both qualitative and quantitative approaches, ensuring a holistic understanding of consumer perceptions and market dynamics.
  5. Questionnaire Design: Craft effective and targeted questionnaires to gather specific information. Ensure that surveys are structured to extract insights aligned with business objectives.
  6. On-Ground Surveys: Coordinate and execute on-the-ground surveys to collect real-time data and validate research findings. Engage with consumers directly to gain firsthand insights.
  7. Consumer-Centric Decision Making: Act as a bridge between consumers and business decision-makers. Provide valuable insights that influence strategic decisions and product/service development based on consumer needs and preferences.
  8. Insightful Reporting: Compile research findings into comprehensive reports with actionable insights. Present results in a clear and compelling manner, catering to diverse stakeholders within the organization.
  9. Trend Forecasting: Anticipate future market trends by analyzing current patterns. Provide forward-looking recommendations to capitalize on emerging opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  10. Content Development for Branding: Develop high-quality, informative, and engaging content for our branding initiatives.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in our brand’s voice and message across all platforms. 
  11. Proposal Writing: Supoort in writing and edit proposals for new projects, funding opportunities, and partnerships 
  12. Forging Partnerships: Support in identifying and engagement with potential partners in the healthcare sector.Facilitate meetings and discussions to explore and establish strategic partnerships.
  13. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, new research methodologies, and technological advancements. Implement innovative approaches to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of research processes.


  1. Academic Specialisation: Master’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience: At least 5+ years of prior experience in market research.


  1. Familiarity with research tool and platform
  2. Communication/ Language: Superior written and oral communication skills in English.
  3. Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal, behavioral, and soft skills, ready to learn and adapt to the situation.
  4. Service line Analysis: In addition to general market research, there may be a focus on specific healthcare services offered by the hospital to understand the demand for those services
  5. Market feasibility analysis: Prior experience in handling market feasibility analysis.
  6. Knowledge of healthcare systems, policies, and trends.

    • Proficiency in writing concept notes on new ideas, proposal writing and content development.

    • Capability to translate competitor insights into strategic recommendations.
    • A deep understanding of consumer behavior and preferences.
    • Ability to empathize with the consumer perspective and translate it into actionable strategies.
    • Ability to provide strategic recommendations based on market insights.
