JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

AHI is working on healthcare programs globally across three regions (South Asia, South East Asia, Middle East, and Africa Region). The Program Associate is responsible for working and supporting on these programs and administration requirements of the Director – Operations & Strategic Growth

Key Job Responsibilities:

Support Director Operations and Strategic Growth in the following areas

  • Strategic reports on healthcare systems at regional and country level across regions
  • Building key strategic notes for development in each of the region
  • Data Collection and Analysis in Excel at Advanced/expert level to build data analysis in representation formats
  • Presentation and reports preparations as per requirements
  • Progress Tracking reports and MIS
  • Creation, coordination, and development of communication materials
  • Support in the execution of the outreach of advisory services along with planning
  • Manage CRM tools for clients and pipelines
  • Documentation and reports submission
  • Develop project reports and document meeting proceedings according to different project requirements
  • Conversion of the Research collaterals into specific deliverables like manuals, policy briefs, and other collaterals as per the project demand
  • Support in dissemination of these collaterals through workshops, learning sessions and other events.
  • Conduct primary research as and when needed.

Support the Administrative Unit

  • Travel and Administrative management of the Director Operations Office
  • Scheduling, MOM, Follow ups and tracking
  • Coordination among finance, HR, Legal, and CRE teams as required
  • Closure on the MoUs for the proposed clients
  • Building stakeholder databases, outreach, and strategic planning
  • Team coordination meetings, workshops, and regional discussion setups
  • MIS / Reports and Dashboards
  • Integrate with organization-required submissions for knowledge management, asset management, project MIS, CRE, etc
  • Provide assistance and support to the Director of Operations based on the demand

On-demand Support

  • Any other work that forms part of the organization’s strategic objectives

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications

Healthcare professionals with Master’s or advanced degrees in Healthcare (MPH, MHA, or equivalent) or MBA with Healthcare Experience

Experience

  • Expected to have at least 3+ years’ experience in undertaking Research in the public and private healthcare sector; Healthcare business consulting experience,
  • Desirable – experience in the life sciences field
  • Prior work experience in a healthcare research firm, ability to generate reports and insights
  • Excellent experience in Data Analytics and Research, Presentation, and report preparations
  • Strong quantitative assessment skills with experience working on SPSS/Stata, MS Excel, Tableau, and Visualization Tools
  • Experience in handling general office administration

(5) Teamwork and good knowledge of administration

(6) Excellent interpersonal, behavioral, and soft skills, ready to learn and adapt to the situation.

(7) Knowledge of healthcare systems, policies, and trends.

(8) Excellent time management skills with the ability of multi-tasking with a flexible approach

 NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT:

The selected candidate shall be offered a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension, based on continued availability of funding and performance.

GRADE LEVEL: E1
