JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

ACCESS Health International is seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Associate/ Regional Coordinator  to support the implementation of ABDM Microsites in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. The Project Associate will work closely with the Project Manager and state team to ensure the seamless integration and operation of Microsites within the state’s healthcare framework.

 

Key Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Support Project Manager:
    • Assist the Project Manager in technical support and various implementation activities related to ABDM and Microsites.
    • Collaborate with the state team and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
    • Participate in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Support the coordination of stakeholder engagement efforts, including interfacing agencies, healthcare professionals, and community outreach.
    • Maintain communication channels and feedback mechanisms with stakeholders.
    • Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns.
  3. Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Participate in data collection activities and ensure data accuracy.
    • Assist in data analysis and reporting to provide insights for ABDM implementation and optimizing Microsite operations.
  4. Capacity Building:
    • Work with the Project Manager to develop and deliver capacity-building programs for healthcare professionals.
    • Support training sessions and workshops on ABDM , Microsite management, data management, and best practices.
    • Engage in Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) activities to raise awareness about ABDM, Microsite benefits and functionalities.
  5. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain records of project activities, outcomes, and milestones.
    • Assist in generating progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure timely submission of required documentation and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS, AYUSH, Dentist) and preferably Masters/ Post Graduate in public health, healthcare management, or a related field with strong inclination and experience in digital health interventions and healthcare provider management.

Experience

2-5 years of relevant experience in project support or healthcare-related roles.

Skills/Competencies Required:

  • Should be keen to learn and adapt on the job about Healthcare technology, tools and digitization.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare landscape of Jammu and Kashmir is an advantage.


NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT:

The selected candidate shall be offered an 18 months contract and mutually extendable.

LOCATION: Jammu and Kashmir, India

REPORTING TO: Project Manager

GRADE LEVEL: E1
