Challenges for Differently Abled to Access Quality and Affordable Healthcare in China

More than one billion people in the world live with some form of disability, of whom nearly 200 million experience considerable difficulties in functioning. The ACCESS Health China team is inviting Yibao (“益宝”), a social enterprise rooted in China, to share their exciting journey of building financial protections for the populations with disabilities, including the online platform for the specific financial products, their on-ground financial education courses with social workers and local communities, as well as a professional database that in the future would support the product innovation.
