ACCESS Health International is pleased to announce the Fourth Annual Conclave of the Global Learning Collaborative for Health Systems Resilience (GLC4HSR), to be held on March 24th & 25th, 2026.
As health systems face overlapping shocks – from climate stressors and conflict to rapid digital disruption – the 2026 Conclave will focus on “Resilience in Practice: Designing, Delivering, and Scaling What Works.” The convening will bring together policymakers, practitioners, researchers, and system leaders for two days of high-impact dialogue grounded in real-world implementation.
The Conclave will explore priority themes shaping future-ready health systems, including integrated and people-centred models of care, strategic purchasing to drive value, digital transformation and AI governance, and resilient supply chains. Sessions will highlight deployable approaches drawn from state-level and national experiences in India and across regions, alongside comparative insights from East and Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, and beyond.
Designed as a platform that moves from learning to action, the GLC4HSR Annual Conclave emphasizes peer-to-peer exchange, practical tools, and policy-connected discussions that support countries in strengthening health systems resilience across contexts.
