Latika is a public health professional with 10 years of experience in health policy analysis, communicable disease management, disease surveillance, capacity building, research, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), epidemiological investigation, and health systems strengthening. She currently works at the Southeast Asia office of ACCESS Health International. Latika has previously worked with organizations including the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India; the World Health Organization; the National Health Systems Resource Centre; and the Indian Council of Medical Research, contributing to national policy development and health programs such as the India National Health Policy 2017 and Ayushman Bharat. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Hyderabad (Gold Medalist) and a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy, and is currently pursuing an MBA at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School. In her free time, she enjoys painting and practicing yoga.
