TSRTC, serving millions daily with over 40,000 employees, aimed to set an example in the public transport sector by improving staff health through a comprehensive assessment. TSRTC partnered with ACCESS Health to enhance the health of its workforce by implementing a comprehensive disease prevention and health promotion program. This initiative aimed to create a Population Health Management (PHM) program, improve employee health, and establish TSRTC as a model in the public transport sector.
