The recognition highlights ACCESS Health’s commitment to building practical, scalable solutions that strengthen health systems through technology and digital transformation.
The CII WR Health Innovation Awards celebrate outstanding contributions across healthcare and life sciences, spotlighting innovations that address pressing challenges and demonstrate measurable impact. For ACCESS Health, this recognition reaffirms the importance of user-centered design and system-level thinking in advancing India’s digital health ecosystem.
The ABDM Wrapper is also listed on the National Health Authority (NHA) website as a certified product under the ABDM Connector category. Developed as a Digital Public Good, the Wrapper is designed to simplify and accelerate adoption of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) – India’s flagship initiative to create an integrated, digital-first health infrastructure.
By reducing the complexity of integrating more than 65 APIs down to approximately 20, the Wrapper significantly cuts onboarding timelines from 12-18 months to just 6-8 weeks. It also lowers IT development costs by up to 60 percent while embedding patient safety and privacy into its design. These features ensure that even smaller facilities with limited resources can participate in India’s digital health journey without compromising quality or security.
Already deployed across large hospitals, mid-size facilities, and rural dispensaries, the ABDM Wrapper is proving its versatility in diverse healthcare settings. Its adoption is helping accelerate the creation of an inclusive, secure, and future-ready digital health ecosystem in India – one that empowers providers and patients alike.
