Economic Times Highlights World Class Successes In India

During a visit to Delhi to launch World Class in India, Dr. Haseltine spoke with the editors of the Economic Times, the second most widely read English language business newspaper in the world. During that discussion, Dr. Haseltine highlighted not just the success of NYU Langone Health in New York but also isolated pockets of success in India as well.

In his interview Dr. Haseltine said, “Isolated pockets of world class healthcare in India is available to maybe five or ten percent of the population. The vast majority of patients do not receive the same type of healthcare. I would say that is not unique to India. It is true in China and other substantially large countries.”
