Event Overview
The Call for Innovative Solutions to Strengthen Patient Navigation and Care Coordination is an initiative by ACCESS Health International and Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, to identify and promote innovative solutions that address critical gaps in patient journeys across the public healthcare system. It seeks to enhance care integration, patient navigation, and overall service delivery by bringing together researchers, innovators, public health professionals, and policymakers.

Participation: By invitation only – selected applicants will be invited to attend the in-person workshop.
Objectives of the Workshop
- Strengthen care coordination and streamline patient pathways.
- Encourage the use of digital tools for seamless and remote care delivery.
- Foster public-private partnerships for scalable and sustainable healthcare models.
- Improve health system efficiency and reduce out-of-pocket expenditures.
- Generate policy-relevant evidence through piloting and mentorship.

- Innovators (startups, technology firms, independent developers) working on digital health, patient management, and service optimization.
- Researchers from academic institutions, think tanks, and public health organizations focusing on system strengthening and governance.
- Interdisciplinary Teams combining expertise in public health, technology, and policy.
Special preference will be given to early-career professionals and emerging ideas with high potential for impact and scale.

Submission & Selection Process
Interested participants must submit their ideas via the structured Google Form. The form includes sections on applicant details, problem statement, proposed solution, implementation plan, impact, and scalability.
Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of experts.
