An Agenda for Resilient Health Systems: GLC4HSR Announces Conclave 2026 Program

The Global Learning Collaborative for Health Systems Resilience (GLC4HSR) has officially released the agenda for its Annual Conclave 2026, marking a key milestone in preparations for the Collaborative’s flagship global convening on health systems resilience.

Scheduled for 24-25 March 2026 at the Indian National Science Academy (INSA), New Delhi, the Conclave will convene policymakers, researchers, implementers, and health system leaders to advance practical approaches for building resilient and responsive health systems.

The 2026 agenda reflects a deliberate transition from conceptual discussions toward operational solutions that can be implemented across diverse health system contexts. Bringing together speakers representing over 10 countries, the programme reflects perspectives from government leadership, multilateral organizations, academia, research institutions, financing agencies, regulatory bodies, civil society, and the private sector, enabling cross-sectoral dialogue grounded in global experience and implementation realities. The programme brings together global experiences and technical expertise through a series of focused sessions, including:

  • – Prevention, Preparedness, Response, and Recovery (PPRR) for Public Health Emergencies and Crises
  • – Health Care Provisioning: Care Coordination for Resilient and Responsive Health Systems
  • – From Volume to Value: Strategic Purchasing for Quality and Outcomes
  • – Regulatory Harmonization & Localization Twin Pillars for Building Resilient Health Product Supply Chains
  • – Digital Health Transformation and Data Governance for Resilient Health Systems
  • – HRH4HSR: Do We Need a National Competency Framework and Reforms on Continued Professional Education?
  • – Leveraging AI and Digital Health to Enhance Value for Money and Health System Efficiency: Implications for Health Financing
  • – Building Resilient Communities to Face Health Crises

Together, these sessions examine how governance, financing, service delivery, surveillance, and community participation must align to enable health systems to anticipate, absorb, and adapt to evolving health challenges.

Through its role as Secretariat, ACCESS Health International remains committed to fostering partnerships, facilitating knowledge exchange, and supporting collective action toward resilient and equitable health systems.

We invite our partners, collaborators, and members of the global health community to explore the full programme and join us in advancing the next phase of health systems resilience.
