Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Associate to support the adoption of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) in not-for-profit hospitals. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating program activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of ABDM standards and digital health technologies in these healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing program activities for ABDM adoption in not-for-profit hospitals.
- Develop and maintain work plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet program goals.
- Collaborate with hospital administrators and stakeholders to facilitate ABDM adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Organize and deliver training on ABDM standards and digital health tools and develop tailored materials.
- Collect, analyze, and report program updates to track progress and impact, while preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with policies and conduct quality checks on deliverables.
- Identify improvements, conduct research, and stay informed on digital health trends.
- Assist in organizing outreach events and provide logistical support for meetings and workshops.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program effectiveness.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support program development and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in public health, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
2-5 years of experience in program management, healthcare administration, or digital health, preferably within not-for-profit or healthcare settings.
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of ABDM standards and experience with HMIS/LMIS/EMR systems is highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies is desirable.
Nature of Employment:
The selected candidate shall be offered a full-time one-year contract, with the possibility of extension, based on continued availability of funding and performance.

Location: Delhi, India, with extensive travel within the States as required.
