About the Speakers
Jonny is helping lead the LumenLab learning and development curriculum across markets and to push specific new ideas through the incubation process at LumenLab. An innovation and strategy professional, Jonny has extensive experience combining strategic and creative skills to help multinational businesses act nimble, innovate, and grow in China, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe. His background before LumenLab was as a lead consultant at an innovation consultancy for seven and a half years, in London and Shanghai. He worked with major companies across different industries, from Pfizer to BP to Intel to Unilever, helping to drive change, think different, and deliver impact.
Mark is helping to identify and build solutions that address the challenges of the Asian consumer. His focus lies in the Ageing domain. He drives new ideas through an exploration and experimentation approach to develop businesses that can expand. Equipped with a strategy and consulting background, Mark has a broad set of experiences in dissecting business challenges, framing strategic solutions to complex problems, and helping organizations grow across industries and regions. His interests lie at the junction between business and technology. Trained in both engineering and finance, Mark spent six years in the US as a management and strategy consultant prior to relocating to Singapore to join LumenLab in 2015.

Anh designs a better world by exploring the intersection of culture, technology, and business. Trained as a mechanical engineer, a certified project management professional (PMP), and now a design thinker, Anh has over nine years of professional experience connecting the dots and making things happen. An advocate of human centered design, Anh’s key areas of expertise lie in framing complex problems, conceptualizing simple solutions, and driving multidisciplined delivery teams to success. His body of work includes large scale enterprise information technology implementation, customer experience design, digital product strategy and delivery, facilitation of innovation, and more. He has consulted across a number of industries, including startups, logistics, media, and retail.
