Antony Stanley is a public health specialist and health economist recognized for his expertise in evaluating the socioeconomic impact of health interventions. Currently, he serves as a Senior Technical Specialist at ACCESS Health International. In this role, he focuses on health policy and the integration of HTA evidence into government decision-making. Previously, he was a Scientist D at the Regional Technical Resource Centre for Health Technology Assessment (HTA), SCTIMST, where he led HTA project management for state and central government initiatives. He is also a recipient of the 2021 India Health Policy and Systems Research Fellowship. Antony is currently pursuing a PhD in Health Economics at AMCHSS, SCTIMST. He holds an MBA from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, a Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Law and Ethics from NLSIU, and an MD in Community Medicine. He completed his MBBS at the University of Kerala. In his leisure time, he enjoys analyzing the strategic complexities and historical narratives of international cricket and professional tennis.
