Krishan K. Bhardwaj is Healthcare Architect and Domain Expert with over 24 years of experience in Health IT and architecture. Currently, he is Technical Head in the Digital Health team at ACCESS Health International, providing the technology support for ABDM and development of Digital health products and tools for the organization. He has provided technical support to development of AI projects for claim auto adjudication for PMJAY. His expertise in healthcare technology and IT spans the contribution to NHA Health Information Exchange architecture , Development of technical specifications for NHA Health Claim Exchange (HCX) and eObjects. Development of microservices based specifications for Hospital Information systems and Designed Wrapper to support NHA for onboarding the existing Hospitals , Labs and Pharmacies with ABDM and Development of AI projects for NHA document quality and classification for PMJAY claim adjudication. He has designed the Quality Assessment tool for assessment of healthcare facilities. In the past, In the past he was part of the MetaData and Data Standards Committee (MDDS) setup by MoHFW for designing the MDDS standards for Healthcare domain. He specializes in ABDM Building Blocks, HL7 and FHIR based interoperability, Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture for design of provider and payer systems and development of AI and Machine learning solutions for Healthcare domain. He passed graduation in Science from Delhi University and completed Post Graduation course in Advanced Computing from CDAC Delhi. He recently completed an advanced certification in Artificial Intelligence course from IIT Roorkee. He dedicates his free time to conduct technology research on ideas and develop proof of concepts to test the ideas for promotion of Digital Health progress in India.
