Mausumi is a public health professional working as a Research Associate at ACCESS Health International, supporting the capacity-building team. Her key responsibilities include managing initiatives to improve skills in public health, health technology, health insurance, leadership, and management. She identifies experts, coordinates with them, builds relationships, and networks with academic institutions and universities. Mausumi assesses training needs through interviews with potential trainees and market analysis. She also supports research in public health, population health, and human resources for health (HRH).
