Technical Lead – Partnerships (ABDM)

Mohd Shadab is a public health professional with extensive experience in partnerships, strategic collaboration, and multi-stakeholder engagement. At ACCESS Health International, he leads the partnerships portfolio for the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), focusing on demonstrating and scaling ABDM models in not-for-profit healthcare settings. Prior to joining ACCESS Health International, he worked with several national and international organizations, including the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (The Union), TCI Foundation, United Nations, and Modicare Foundation. In his previous assignment, Shadab played a key role in designing and implementing the Corporate TB Pledge in India, which became one of the largest corporate engagement initiatives globally for the tuberculosis response. In his current role at ACCESS Health International, he leverages his experience and learnings from the Corporate TB Pledge to mobilize partnerships with Trust-based charitable hospitals and CSR-supported healthcare facilities to accelerate the adoption of ABDM. Shadab completed a Certificate Program in Leadership and Change Management from IIM Indore in 2025 and holds a Master’s degree in Extension Education from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.
