Pappu P S is a seasoned development professional with expertise in health system financing, health insurance, monitoring and evaluation, information systems design, data analysis, capacity development, and project management. At ACCESS Health International, he is part of the Health System Capacity Building team, providing strategic advisory support and technical assistance for government-sponsored health insurance programs in Kerala and improving patient experience through digitally orchestrated healthcare delivery. Pappu is passionate about technology for development. Since his academic years, he has been involved in various research programs related to technology-driven community development. He has worked with government agencies and international organizations like German Development Cooperation, the Public Health Foundation of India, and Family Health International since 2011. Pappu holds degrees in sociology and social work with a specialization in rural and urban community development. He completed the advanced certification program in health financing for lower- and middle-income countries organized by the World Health Organization in Geneva in 2019. In his free time, Pappu enjoys traveling with his family.
