Ravinder Singh Aswal is the Global Finance Director at ACCESS Health International. In this role, he leads and mentors the finance team while providing strategic financial guidance to both central and regional management. Ravinder brings over 25 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and ERP implementation across both corporate and non-profit sectors. His expertise spans strategic financial planning, compliance, project management, and cross-functional leadership. He holds an MBA in Finance and a Master of Commerce (M. Com). He has worked with organizations such as Jetair Ltd., Satyam Computer Services, IL&FS Engineering, Balmer Lawrie, and Oxfam GB. In these roles, Before joining ACCESS Health, Ravinder served as Vice President – ERP at Cube Highways and Transportation Assets Advisors (P) Ltd. Outside of work, Ravinder enjoys playing badminton.
