Sristi

Research Manager

Sristi is a public health professional with over eight years of experience in health system strengthening and social development. She currently serves as a Research Manager with the Policy & Research team at ACCESS Health International. Her core expertise includes project management and implementation, stakeholder engagement, strategic partnerships, resource mobilization, and monitoring and evaluation. Sristi has worked extensively with diverse stakeholders, including government bodies, private sector partners, and development organizations at the national, state, and local levels. She brings a nuanced understanding of the social determinants of health, shaped by her experience across areas such as infectious diseases, child protection & adolescent health, corporate social responsibility, and community health. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health Management Research and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science. Beyond her professional work, she enjoys traveling and exploring local cultures and cuisines, reading poetry, and staying actively engaged with social & political issues.
