ACCESS Health International is delighted to share the significant contributions made by our team at the Africa Health ExCon 2024, a premier event in the healthcare sector held from 6th to 9th June 2024, at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre (EIEC) in Cairo. This event, conducted under the auspices and presence of H.E. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, underscored the commitment to advancing healthcare across Africa.

Dr Hala Zaid, Regional Director (MENA) for ACCESS Health International, led an insightful session focused on leadership and culture in the healthcare sector. The session was a key component of the conference’s broader initiative to drive progress and innovation within Africa’s healthcare systems. Dr. Zaid’s expertise and vision provided invaluable perspectives on fostering effective leadership and nurturing a culture that supports sustainable healthcare advancements.

The Africa Health ExCon 2023 attracted a vibrant community of close to 40,000 healthcare and trade professionals from over 100 countries, serving as a dynamic platform for fostering innovation and collaboration. The conference’s diverse attendance underscores its role in uniting stakeholders from across the globe to address healthcare challenges and explore new opportunities for growth and development in Africa.
