ACCESS Health Undertakes Healthcare Transformation at Lotus Hospitals

Drawing on 15 years of experience in healthcare transformation, ACCESS Health has worked with the Lotus Hospitals Group over the last year to undertake a complete transformation in areas such as market growth, process streamlining, capacity building, quality management, employee productivity, cost optimization, and revenue/profitability goals.

ACCESS Health also facilitated the Lotus Hospitals Annual General Meeting on March 25th and supported the launch of a new gynecology ward on March 31st to strengthen clinical leadership in the gynecology program and enable stable and long-term growth for all hospital units.
