ACCESS Health is providing technical support to the Karnataka Arogya Sanjeevini Scheme (KASS), a comprehensive health scheme for state government employees and their dependents. It is a cashless health care scheme which covers both allopathy and AYUSH systems of medicine. The scheme facilities are extended through public and empanelled private health care organization. The goal is to improve service utilization, focus on cervical cancer prevention, and enhance the quality of care.

The collaboration also intends to identify and pilot innovative financing schemes for cancer in partnership with state institutions such as the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP).
